Nando’s has a great range of Yummy Puerto Rican meals. I emailed the resteraunt a couple of days before we went to make sure that they could do a Gluten Free meal and recieved a Menu (the same that they use in the resteraunt) with Gluten, Dairy and Peanut containing items marked the same day. They also offer vegetarian options.
